Leeuwenburgh Fineer B.V., operator of leeuwenburgh.com and
leeuwenburghveneer.com, does not send, and does not permit any employee,
agent, affiliate or third party acting on our behalf to send, unsolicited
bulk or commercial email advertising our websites, products or services.
- We send commercial email only to recipients who have requested it, or with
whom we have an existing business relationship.
- We do not purchase, rent, harvest or scrape email address lists.
- Every commercial message identifies us by name and postal address, uses a
valid reply address, and carries a working one-click unsubscribe.
- Unsubscribe requests are processed within 48 hours and the address is added
to a permanent suppression list.
- Third parties and affiliates promoting our products are contractually held
to this same policy. Sending unsolicited email on our behalf is grounds for
immediate termination.
- Suspected abuse can be reported to abuse@leeuwenburgh.com; we investigate
within five working days.
