Our lacquer finish plays a crucial role in the durability and appearance of our wood veneers. Our closed and automated lacquer processes ensure a consistent finish without overspray, resulting in a more uniform appearance for your project. This not only improves efficiency compared to the cost of manual spraying, but also reduces waste of materials, making us more environmentally friendly. This gives our product increased durability and makes the finish more resistant to daily use.
We pay close attention to the colour and markings of our wood veneers to ensure that each project has the desired look. Starting from wood selection, we carefully sort veneers by colour and texture to minimise colour differences. With quality checks in our production process, we ensure that the end result meets expectations. We adjust colour stains where necessary to deliver high colour consistency.
We offer a wide range of application possibilities with our sheets and boards, giving you the complete package for your project. Our boards are perfect for flat applications, while our sheets are more flexible and can be used for both straight and curved surfaces. Sheets and boards can be combined. We also supply edgebanding in the same colour, ABS or wood veneer, which ensures a nice finish for edges and corners. With these versatile options, we offer you the flexibility to complete any project perfectly.

Pre-finished wood veneer panel, Lignapal 166.02 Sawn Oak Smoked; European oak veneer, A-quality (free of discolouration, mineral streaks, pin knots, fluttering or fiddle-back markings), sawn with band saw marks, mix-match jointing method in accordance with 166.02 Sawn Oak Smoked (staggered band saw marks at joints), smoked (colour according to 166.02 Sawn Oak Smoked), finished with veil-coated water-based multilayer UV-cured polyacrylate varnish, less than 5 gloss units. Pressed on resin-impregnated paper. Sheet size 3050 × 1220 mm.

Pre-finished wood veneer panel, Lignapal 166.02 Sawn Oak Smoked; European oak veneer, A-quality (free of discolouration, mineral streaks, pin knots, fluttering or fiddle-back markings), sawn texture, mix-match jointing as per 166.02 Sawn Oak Smoked (half-dose/rift mix), smoked (colour according to 166.02 Sawn Oak Smoked), finished with veil-coated water-based multilayer UV-cured polyacrylate varnish, less than 5 gloss units. Pressed on one side, white HPL on reverse, on 18 mm MDF, E1/CARB2 compliant. Panel size 3040 × 1210 mm.
