Lignapal wood veneer features our “Waterfall Finish”, our high-quality lacquer system, available as veneered MDF or reinforced with a synthetic resin backing, processable as HPL.
Lignapal prefinished veneer
Due to the liquid lacquer, the warm appearance of the wood is optimally maintained. The “Waterfall Finish” is applied industrially and under controlled conditions, so that the quality is constant. Because the finish is a lacquer system, it is always possible, if desired, to re-lacquer the sheets yourself. Lignapal can be applied to virtually all surfaces.

Our Waterfall Finish flows naturally into the pores of the wood, free from the flat, machine-applied patterns typical of production. With careful attention to detail, it preserves the texture, depth and authenticity of the wood.
Wood is naturally rich in colour and grain, making every veneer unique. Our Adaptive Colouring system guides this variation through precise colour measurement and craftsmanship. By carefully balancing tones, the overall appearance remains harmonious while the authentic character of each wood species remains visible. The result is a refined surface where natural variation is not concealed, but enhanced.
Traditional prefinished veneer often compromises texture, leaving surfaces flat and lacking character. Our Grain Enhancement process restores the natural depth and structure of the wood. By allowing the grain to fully express itself again, the surface regains its tactile quality and authentic character. The result is a panel that feels richer, more crafted and more genuine.
